ABUJA – The All Progressives Congress has congratulated the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on her 66th birthday, describing her as a steadfast supporter of President Bola Tinubu and a committed advocate for vulnerable Nigerians.
In a statement issued on Monday by its National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the ruling party joined family members, political associates and well-wishers in celebrating the First Lady.
The APC described Oluremi as a devoted wife, compassionate mother and trusted confidante of the President, noting that her support for Tinubu had spanned his years in the pro-democracy movement and his tenure as President.
The party also highlighted her public service record, from her tenure as First Lady of Lagos State to her years in the Senate, describing the period as evidence of her commitment to public service and national development.
According to the statement, Oluremi’s humanitarian activities through the New Era Foundation and the Renewed Hope Initiative have focused on empowering women and youths while supporting interventions in education, agriculture, healthcare and social welfare.
The party said her initiatives had continued to provide support to vulnerable Nigerians across the country.
The APC therefore prayed for the First Lady to be blessed with good health, wisdom, strength and many more years of service to Nigeria and humanity.
