The National Youth Wing of the All Progressives Congress has launched the Mummy’s Men Movement, a national mobilisation platform designed to galvanise support for President Bola Tinubu’s re-election in the 2027 general elections.
The APC National Youth Leader and Convener of the Mummy’s Men Movement, Dr. Dayo Israel, said the initiative would serve as a vehicle for promoting the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda while bringing together Nigerians committed to service, national unity and grassroots development.
Israel said, “The Mummy’s Men Movement is an independent national movement bringing together Nigerians from all walks of life who are inspired by the values of family, service, dignity, compassion and nation-building exemplified through the public leadership of Her Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu.
“Our goal is to mobilise citizens across the country, strengthen grassroots participation, advance the Renewed Hope Agenda and build a broad-based movement that will support the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.”
According to him, the movement is open to professionals, entrepreneurs, community leaders, students, women, young people, creatives, members of the diaspora and political stakeholders who share a common vision of contributing to Nigeria’s development.
He added that the initiative was driven by the belief that every Nigerian has a role to play in nation-building, stressing that the platform would encourage greater civic participation and foster collaboration across different sectors of society.
Israel noted that the movement would embark on nationwide mobilisation and engagement programmes aimed at expanding grassroots support for the Tinubu administration while promoting the values of service, compassion and inclusive leadership associated with the First Lady.
